We work hard to establish good working relationships with other professionals involved with our children and their families.
Students from local schools and colleges train in the nurseries, alongside the staff. The centres offer many opportunities for parents and carers to find out about children’s learning.
There are training courses and advice sessions for parents to enable them to update their own knowledge and skills.
Continually working to build on our expertise
The nurseries have been involved in research projects, both local and national. Governors and staff of the centres attend training events.
The Northamptonshire Nursery Schools Partnership (NNSP)
We are proud to be one of the founding partners of the Northamptonshire Nursery Schools Partnership which provides bespoke learning and development opportunities and events for nursery schools, primary schools, preschools, child-minders and day nurseries spanning across the county and beyond!
The NNSP programme is based upon shared views of Early Year’s Education and Care along with shared beliefs in the principles of Early Years aiming to deliver a shared approach that brings nursery teachers and practitioners together in a programme specifically tailored to Early Years.
